AFFILIATION INFORMATION 2007/08

ENGLAND NETBALL AFFILIATION TASTER RATE IS BACK !!!

Following its success last year, England Netball would like to announce that an improved "Taster Rate" offer for "new" and "returning" members will be available this year.

If you have not been a member of England Netball within the last 3 years, the following is available

the full benefits of EN membership for five months from;

1st April 2008 to 31st August 2008 for a fee of 10GBP senior, 6GBP junior.

Netball Club - Taster Rate 2007/08

* Minimum subscription of 10 Registered Participants 100.00GBP

* plus for each additional Registered Participant, over 18 yrs 10.00GBP

* plus for each additional Registered Participant, 18 and under 6.00GBP

Young Persons Group - Taster Rate 2007/08

Registered Participants 18 yrs and under on 1 September 2008, and up to two nominated non-playing leaders over 18

* minimum subscription of 10 Registered Participants 60.00GBP

* plus for each additional Registered Participant 6.00GBP

The Taster rate has been developed specifically with clubs, leagues and other organisations in mind that are running "back to netball" or "welcome to netball" schemes, however the rate can also be applied to "new" and "returning" members joining existing clubs.

Members joining under the 'Taster Rate' scheme will have access to the full range of EN benefits, including insurance and magazine.

The 'Taster Rate' will apply to "new" and "returning" members once only; the full affiliation rate will apply from renewal in September 2008.

Online clubs will not be able to apply for these fees so please contact the EN Membership dept on 01462 442344 who will process your application direct upon receipt of your application form.

Adults - 25.50GBP (20.50 England Netball, 5GBP SYCNA, 1GBP to Y&H)

Under 18's - 18.00GBP (13.00 England Netball, 5GBP SYCNA, 1GBP to Y&H)

(It was agreed at the AGM that SYCNA would cover the regional fee for the 2007/08 season)

Please note

- Any players who are 2nd claim within your club MUST still pay the County Fee. For the 2007/08 season this is 5.00GBP.

- All players must be affiliated before the 5th October 2007

- Any new players to clubs/teams must have their details and fee paid to the affiliation secretary prior to participating in any leagues/tournaments run by SYCNA

Please note to participate in any SYCNA leagues held at the EIS, players, umpire's and anyother officials MUST hold a current affiliation.

You can affiliate in 5 simple steps:

- Log in

- Update your Clubs Information

- Check/update your Club members' information

- Add information about your new members

- Submit (and send payment by post/phone/cheque/credit card/BACS

2.1: Existing clubs/teams

- You will shortly receive a print out which details all players who were affiliated to your club last season

- Any players who no longer play for your club, please put a line through their details

- If any address/names need changing, please neatly put a line through the details and write the correct details just above.

- Any new players, please add their name, address and contact details on the additional sheet attached (do not add names to the printout)

- Any player under the age of 18 year-please give their birth date

- On the front sheet, give details regarding your training venue & teams

- Return all your paperwork and monies to myself

2.2: New Clubs/teams

- Please add the names of your players on the attached paperwork, giving the name of the club contact first.

- You need to detail the following; players names, address and contact details (if you have more players, continue on a separate sheet)

- Any player under the age of 18 year-please give their birth date

- On the front sheet, give details regarding your training venue & teams

- Return all your paperwork and monies to myself

- Please notify me the name of your club, you will then be allocated with a unique club ID number
